One of the cartridges contained in the package is defective. The return time should be longer since you will not be able to use both cartridges immediately.

Purchased for the D1620, the cartridges left unsightly marks on each copy. I know it's a problem with the cartridge because I replaced it with another cartridge and no trace appeared.
