Warranty Policy
Aztech is committed to quality and all products come with a 100% warranty and guarantee with total commitment to quality.
All products are warranted to be free from defects in material, workmanship and performance for a period of 1 year from the invoice date. Aztech will replace or credit the full purchase price of any defective item returned within one year of purchase. Replacement or credit will not be given for items inspected with less than 10% of the original toner. Our warranty will not cover damage due to improper use, modification or abuse of the cartridge; we will not cover incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
Manufacturer warrants that the products will not damage the printer or machine when stored, installed and used in accordance with Manufacturer’s recommended procedures. In the event of any damage to a printer should occur, manufacturer will pay the reasonable cost of service and repair of the printer or machine provided: (a) notifies Manufacturer of such damage in writing within 5 days; (b) delivers to Manufacturer print samples and returns the laser toner(s) including product QC sticker data and any damaged or replaced parts with an authorized material return number; (c) and deliver to Manufacturer a written service report, signed by an authorized technical service personnel, identifying the Product as the sole and direct cause of such damage.
All returned items must be pre-authorized by Aztech and have a Return Authorization (RA).
