ORDERING

By placing an order with Aztech, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that Aztech is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by Aztech.

PAYMENTS

When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. Aztech accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL. Aztech may obtain pre-approval from the credit card/debit card company or from PayPal (as the case may be) for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to Your credit card, debit card or PayPal account occurs at the point of shipping or shortly thereafter. Aztech accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Aztech accepts debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

ACCURACY

Aztech attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Aztech shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

USER CONTENT

When you submit "User Content" to us, whether via email, feedback, or posting on the website, you agree to give us rights to use and control that content as detailed below.

If we publish your content or authorize or license others to do so, your content may be edited for length or clarity or for any other reason either before or after it is published. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content for any reason from Aztech.

You hereby disclaim any right to any compensation from Aztech in connection with Aztech's exercise of its license rights in and to the User Content you have submitted to Aztech. You acknowledge and agree that Aztech is under no obligation of confidence to you, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any User Content.

CHANGES

Aztech reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. Aztech reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
