The black toner cartridge is of poor quality. The print has gray shadows. I will never order again

Replace the black ink cartridge first, no problem.Then the color cartridge was replaced with unacceptable results.

It's good, but not the same as real HP 410x toner, and you'll definitely get good results, just not as good as HP's. I will continue to buy it just because of the price.
