Two of the toner cartridges are damaged and cannot be used.Of course, you only open toner cartridges if you need them. So when I opened two damaged cartridges, my window to return the product was closed.I don't know if it's a problem with the transport link or the production link.I know I will never buy this product again.

The ink works as well as any brand of ink. Durable, good quality and particularly affordable. I would definitely recommend it!
